Privacy policy

atg.com.pa is the website of Advanced Technology Group, the technology, electronic security, monitoring and energy group that includes Advanced Systems Supply, AMS, Greenergy, AMTEC, Tetris, Office Gallery and TrackPoint. The corporate website is operated by ADVSYSA HOLDINGS, S.A. This policy explains data use across the site, campaigns, phone and WhatsApp under Panama’s Law 81 of 2019.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for this site is ADVSYSA HOLDINGS, S.A., operator of the Advanced Technology Group (ATG) corporate website, with offices at Vía España, Las Sabanas, Calle 77A, Edificio ATG, Panama City.
2. What data we collect
Information you send through a contact or campaign form: name, company, email, phone, area of interest and message. Policy acceptance: when you check the privacy box, we record the date and accepted text. If you use the website assistant, we retain the conversation to respond and follow up; replies are prepared by an artificial intelligence assistant. Do not enter passwords or card numbers. The server may log your IP address, browser and visited pages for security. We count page views and WhatsApp, phone and email clicks using a session identifier deleted when the tab closes. We do not use advertising cookies.
3. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations; contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your request, as accepted when submitting it; and improve and secure the website. We process data with your consent, given when submitting a form or checking the privacy box, and as necessary to address your request.
4. What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Who we share it with
Depending on your selected area, the group company providing that service handles your enquiry, such as AMS for monitoring or Greenergy for solar energy, solely to respond. We also use technology providers for hosting, email and the assistant’s artificial intelligence. They process data only to provide that service and under confidentiality obligations.
6. Phone calls and WhatsApp
When you call or message us, we keep your number, date, duration, who assisted you and the conversation: WhatsApp messages and, if a call is recorded, its recording. This supports service, follow-up and quality. We notify you before recording: if you do not want recording, press 9 when offered by the menu, or hang up and message us. A supervisor may listen to a live call for the same purpose. An automated assistant may reply on WhatsApp and transcribe and summarize voice messages and recordings. We use US providers: Twilio for telephony, Meta for WhatsApp, and OpenAI and Anthropic for transcription and artificial intelligence, under contracts limiting data use to that service. Recordings are retained for 1 year; transcripts and messages for up to 2 years; and call records for 5 years, after which we remove your number. Sending BAJA through WhatsApp stops further messages from us; ALTA reverses that choice. To access, correct, delete or obtain your data, or ask us not to contact you, use section 9.
7. Cookies
The site may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality and aggregate usage measurement. You may block or delete them through your browser; some features may be affected.
8. Retention
We keep data for the time needed to handle your request and meet legal or commercial obligations. It is then deleted or anonymized.
9. Your rights
Under Panama’s Law 81 of 2019, you may request access to learn what data we hold and why; rectification of incorrect or incomplete data; cancellation when it is no longer needed; objection to a particular use, including further contact; and portability to receive it in a commonly used format. Write to soporte@atg.com.pa with your name and request; we respond within the deadlines established by law. You may withdraw consent at any time. If dissatisfied, you may contact Panama’s National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).
10. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect your data. Communication with the site is encrypted through HTTPS.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is published at this address with its update date.
